Glossop RUFC are very proud and blessed to be working alongside many local companies and businesses who generously support the club with sponsorship each season. Without this financial and practical support, clubs like this would struggle to grow and thrive and we are hugely grateful to each and everyone of our sponsors, whether they offer financial support, skills, practical help or their time.
Many sponsors have been with the club for years, following the highs and lows of rugby life, but always loyally supporting us along the way. We actively seek new sponsor partnerships all the time and are happy to say that we are signing up new opportunities each season, with the rugby family growing all the time.
The club offers a wide range of sponsorship opportunities and packages starting from Bronze Sponsorships at £350 per annum, to Gold packages from £5000 upwards and everything in between. Look out for sponsor names and logos on the match playing kit and across items of training kit, along with kit bags and tackle bags to name but a few items. There are always other opportunities to sponsor a social event by funding a supper or a prosecco reception and as always, sponsor details will be proudly displayed to acknowledge the support given.
We will continue this season with the very successful Player Sponsorship scheme across all our senior teams, where a sponsor can have their name next to an individual player in the match programme and on the website, along with supporting both the club and the player financially.
Many people opt to sponsor a home match fixture and play host to a number of guests for the infamous Blazeratti buffet prior to the game, along with hospitality and fun for the day watching the match and soaking up the fantastic atmosphere the club offers. Match ball sponsorship is also available for each home game and this is proving more popular year on year.
This season we are hoping to progress with our plans to raise funds to buy our own pitch cutting tractor & machinery and we will be seeking ways of raising money for this vital addition to our grounds kit as the season starts.

The GRUFC 200 club is another great way to support and sponsor the club on an ongoing basis and by paying £2.50 per month, you are in with a chance of receiving one of several cash prizes.
